As the protocol continues to grow rapidly, having a solid risk management strategy is crucial. To date ether.fi is the only liquid restaking token to launch with withdrawals enabled. At Chaos Labs, we are leveraging our extensive experience in risk management to develop a comprehensive AVS Risk Framework and LRT Risk Framework for ether.fi. Given that AVS risk is the core driver of LRT risk management and is still in its infancy with no established track record or data to rely on, our research-driven methodologies are crucial.
Chaos Labs' risk dashboards are meticulously designed to identify and diagnose risks in advance. They incorporate key decision-making inputs to empower users with real-time data, enabling prompt and informed actions. The ether.fi community can look forward to the following:
- Risk and Observability Analytics Platform: Giving deep insights into the operational and financial risks of restaking.
- Parameter Recommendations Platform: Offering data-driven advice to optimize network operations.
- Risk Oracle Integrations: Providing real-time, reliable risk assessments and mitigations.
We’re also committed to ongoing risk management services for ether.fi. This includes evaluating new AVSs seeking allocation, proposing allocation amounts, conducting continuous risk assessments of AVSs, assessing weETH liquidity risks, and reviewing newly proposed vault strategies.
